RTM is provided Energy Modeling, Building Commissioning and LEED design assistance for the two-tower, mixed-use development in Iowa City featuring a 14-story residential building with 332 units and a 12-story hotel/office building.
The project consists of various amenity spaces as well as first-floor retail and an outdoor pool. RTM is providing design assistance with a focus on achieving specific LEED credits under LEED 2009 from the USGBC at LEED Silver and gold levels.
