RTM provided MEP/FP engineering design services for the demolition of an existing space at 1840 W. North Ave. and construction of a new restaurant with second floor deck. The new space includes first floor dining room, bar, kitchen with all new kitchen equipment, LULA (Limited Use, Limited Application) elevator, and second-floor dining area with bar.
