RTM has provided complete MEP engineering design for over 100 Davita Dialysis Centers, a nationwide kidney dialysis provider, ranging from small renovations to existing clinics, to larger ground-up new facilities. The scope of work for these projects included specialized mechanical exhaust systems for the dialyzed reuse rooms, coordination with equipment heat dissipation, as well as stringent comfort requirements for patients. Plumbing system design included acid and bicarbonate transfer loops, purified water loop, detailed equipment connections and source equipment coordination. Electrical system design included source equipment coordination, dialysis user equipment coordination, lighting, power, emergency lighting, fire alarm system and IT outlet coordination.
