RTM is providing engineering and design of the MEP/FP systems for the office and warehouse renovation of approximately 19,862 square feet for Chicago Vegan Foods. The company plans to relocate its headquarters to the remodeled space at 120 S. Fairbanks Street in Addison, IL to continue to grow its food brands; Temptation Ice Cream, Teese Vegan Cheese and Dandies Vegan Marshmallows.
RTM is designing the warehouse for all equipment in the production area to receive power. In addition, MEP systems will be designed for the office space, reception area, private and open offices, conference room, break room and locker rooms.
RTM has developed photometric calculations for the interior and exterior spaces to confirm light fixture layouts and mounting heights will provide the lighting levels and uniformity recommended by the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNA) as well as desired by the owner. Our team utilized Visual 2012 lighting design software to customize the lighting by controlling the color, visibility and calculations for the project.
