RTM provided MEP/FP engineering design services for a ground-up, two-story medical office building in Coconut Creek, FL.
The 13,000-square-foot multi-tenant building features several unique interior features, as well as on-site renewable energy. RTM worked closely with a solar design contractor to design a custom photovoltaic (PV) solar system located on the roof of the building. This system will be used to offset the lighting needs of the clinic.
Additionally, the 2nd floor clinic space includes a procedure suite with battery back-up for life safety and critical power.
