RTM provided full MEP engineering design services for the 163,000-square-foot office remodel for Quarles & Brady, LLP. The multi-phase project included demolishing most of the interior walls and buildout components and renovating the space to include an open office setting with interior office space to be created from Steelcase Architectural Wall systems.
The complete renovation encompassed 7 full floors within the 411 East Wisconsin Ave. building, with each floor totaling about 23,000 square feet. Each phase had to be carefully coordinated among all disciplines involved in order to ensure there was no disruption to the remainder of the building during construction.
