The Family Jones Spirit House, located in the Lower Highlands neighborhood of Denver, is an 8,000-square-foot facility comprised of distillery, tasting room, and award-winning restaurant. The tasting room and restaurant contain a large sunken bar serving handcrafted cocktails and gourmet appetizers. The distillery is located up above on the mezzanine level.
RTM Engineering Consultants provided engineering design services for the process, plumbing piping, steam, and air conditioning systems for the facility.
