Caesars Republic Scottsdale is a new lifestyle-hotel experience and the first non-gaming hotel from Caesars Entertainment in the United States – adjacent to Scottsdale’s premier luxury retail destination, Scottsdale Fashion Square, the new concept taps into the unique pulse of the surrounding city to form a one-of-a-kind experience.
RTM provided full-service engineering for the new 11-story, 265 room hotel that includes two unique Italian restaurants; a 7,000 square-foot contemporary ballroom, various meeting rooms, and a rooftop pool and lounge on the lower roof structure on the 7th story.
A portion of the building has a large, curved face over a square building grid below creating a design challenge, so the project required close and constant coordination with the other disciplines on the team to ensure the project goals were being met and structural requirements were being addressed.
