Audie Murphy Ranch is a premier master planned community providing family-friendly resort style amenities in one of the top 10 cities for growth in Southern California. It consists of 2,800± single family homes, two school sites, a recreation center, two swimming pools, amphitheater, sports park, game area and miles of walking trails. RTM provided engineering and design services through the specific plan process, for tentative map preparation and approval, and for final engineering construction documentation. RTM’s survey teams have provided on site construction staking for all phases of construction from mass grading to precise grading.
