  1. What was one of the most interesting projects you’ve worked on?

I was part of the engineering design team that worked on the first Planet Hollywood in New York City. It was located in the basement and first floor of a 13-story building and the project included steam, hot water, and chilled water systems. I also had the opportunity to do inspections for Planet Hollywood in Cancun, and attended the grand opening celebration (very fun experience). In addition, I’ve worked on a number of Hard Rock Cafes in various cities, including Dallas, Boston, Atlanta, Mexico City, San Juan, and Tehran.

  1. What’s a fun fact about yourself?

I’ve been riding in the Hotter ‘N Hell Hundred cycling event for about 27 years. It’s the oldest and largest cycling event in the United States and features four days of challenging and inspiring activities.
