1. What do you like best about working at RTM?
The attention to employee development and the opportunities provided for career advancement and growth is impeccable. What I appreciate most about RTM is that the company makes it clear that its employees are the most important asset. The emphasis placed on knowledge-share is one-of-a-kind and is a driving factor to providing consistent innovation and reliable engineering solutions to clients.
2. What do you bring to RTM?
I’ve had many years of experience working with a full architectural and engineering firm in the Dallas area and 23 years of experience working with a consulting engineering firm. My diverse engineering background includes civil, architectural and plumbing design work. I’ve also got four years of onsite construction experience. These skills have served me well at Lippe—paired with the tools provided by RTM to succeed, I am honored to be a resource to clients.
3. What was one of the most interesting projects you’ve worked on?
Because my focus has been within the restaurant market sector, I would say most of the projects I work on have a “wow” factor. One of the more interesting would be Granite City Restaurant and Brewery. Brewery concepts, like many others, require great attention to detail, but in the end, our work makes a positive and lasting impact on the client’s business.
4. What’s a fun fact about yourself?
I live on Lake Fork in East Texas and I fish in tournaments on an amateur level. It’s the perfect activity when I want to unplug, relax and have some fun.
