RTM Engineering Consultants, a rapidly-growing, national consulting firm offering services in civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design is pleased to announce its recent acquisition of J+M Civil Design, a civil engineering firm based in Bettendorf, Iowa, and specializing in infrastructure improvements for the transportation, municipal, and public works sectors.

J+M Civil Design is a seven-year-old firm providing planning, design, regulatory compliance, and construction administration services, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience in residential, commercial, municipal, educational, transportation, and public works applications. Their portfolio spans a variety of improvement projects from rural and urban roadway construction, to multi-use paths and private land development. Over the years they have built deep relationships with local architects, school districts, and municipalities, striving to provide an individualized and focused experience for each project.
