RTM was contracted to provide MEP engineering services for the renovation of a 113,000-square-foot warehouse space into a food processing facility for Olympia Foods in Franklin Park, IL. The site will be used specifically for the production of pizza, and includes a bakery and sauce production and meat production areas. The space also will include freezers, coolers, food preparation and packaging areas, storage, and shipping and loading docks.
For this project, RTM worked closely with the architect in coordinating a specialized grease collection system to be used during production within the facility.
