RTM provided MEP/FP engineering design for the relocation and renovation of Semblex Corporation at 900 Church Street in Elmhurst, IL. Renovations were made to the 150,000-square-foot warehouse into the new manufacturing and corporate headquarters for the company. The restructuring project merged three facilities, 60 office staff, 150 plant staff and 175 pieces of equipment into one location to better meet the needs of customers.
Engineering design for the warehouse included electrical power for 175 machines, a new 4,000 amp service, compressed air system, duct collectors and new generator system. In addition to renovations in the warehouse, RTM designed all new lighting and power for the headquarter’s office space.
