RTM has been working with the Walgreens Company in designing the MEP/FP systems within their distribution centers for over two decades now. Individual projects include everything from ground-up builds to major remodels or additions to existing facilities.
RTM was directly involved in the design of the HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, lighting, power distribution and low voltage special systems for facilities; several including prototype design centers. For several of the projects, RTM supervised the preparation of permit and construction documents.
Additionally, RTM provided field surveys for twenty five (25) distribution centers with the purpose of collecting data for arc flash calculations on the facilities. This included creating as-built electrical power distribution drawings for the facilities ranging from 100,000 SF to 800,000 SF.
