Village of Woodridge Municipal Facilities

RTM is providing civil engineering services for the municipal facilities proposed on Janes Avenue in Woodridge, IL. The project consists of the Police Facility and Public Works Salt and Cold Storage facilities, including new buildings, parking lot, stormwater management and utility work.

The project consists of developing the 12.69-acre parcel located on Janes Avenue. Phase 1 consists of new municipality facilities, with accommodations for a future Phase 3. Scope includes site development earthwork, stormwater improvements including stormwater detention, utilities and internal roadways for the entire 12.69 acre property planned for a Police Facility, Cold Storage Barn and Salt Storage Building, and future Public Works Building and Garage.

The Police Facility features the design and construction of a 36,000-square-foot two-story Police Department Facility with approximately 214 parking spaces and access roads. The Public Works Site Storage features the design and construction of a Cold Storage Barn of approximately 12,000 square feet, Salt Storage Building for 3,000 tons of road salt, and outdoor storage bins and equipment laydown area.
