RTM provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design for the 243-unit apartment complex consisting of 7, 3-story buildings, four of which are identical. There are 5 unique apartment designs within the 7 buildings. The property also features a 4,000-square-foot clubhouse, an outdoor pool, 72 garages, and 337 surface parking spots.
Unique amenities for residents include a pickle ball court, a golf simulator, fireplace pavilion with a tv, grilling stations, fire pits, a gazebo and walking paths. For energy efficiency, LED lighting was used throughout the complex.
