RTM provided lighting design for this residential complex of 24 private condos located in the heart of the ski village.
The lighting team delivered both interior and exterior design for the 74,192-square-foot building. The Blake Residences feature fully furnished one-, two-, and three-bedroom condos equipped for vacation rentals. Each unit boasts high-end kitchens and 24-hour service from on-call Hausmeisters to enhance guests’ experience. Adjustable recessed lighting was strategically placed to highlight fireplaces, tables, and drapery, creating focal points that showcase the vibrant southwestern design elements. A warm color temperature was used throughout to complement the inviting natural tones.
Exterior lighting was carefully coordinated to create an inviting and energetic atmosphere for owners and friends. Care was taken to design custom sconces, while maintaining dark sky ordinances. The skating rink and bridges are flanked with ornate poles, detailed with enhancements and accessories for flexibility.
