RTM provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design for the renovations to a 30,000-square-foot building for the Springfield Brewing Company.
The building was originally built in 1910 and served as a wholesale grain and seed business until renovated into a brewery in 1997 for Mueller Stainless Steel as a showplace for their custom, stainless steel, brewing equipment. The building’s kitchen was updated in 2011 and an expansion to the brewery took place in 2016. The facility includes a downstairs bar with restaurant seating, an upstairs bar with banquet facilities, roof patio, and an open brewhouse created to showcase the stainless steel equipment.
