Riverside County Office of Education Conference Center

RTM provided structural engineering services for a new 4-story structure to be used as a parking garage, cafeteria, conference center, office space, and miscellaneous support spaces. The first floor consists of a cafe and dedicated, badge controlled RCOE staff parking. The second and third floors consist of additional visitor parking with 150 covered spaces. The fourth floor consists of four small/flexible meeting spaces and one large conference room, each with a variety of furniture, layout, and A/V choices capable of accommodating unique meeting needs.
