RTM provided civil engineering services for the ground-up retail development known as Retail at The Fields at Diversey Avenue and Pulaski Road in Chicago. The infill development features a 37,500 square foot dual tenant building with two large anchors, Ross Dress for Less and Petco. In addition, RTM provided civil engineering for the 8,800 square foot multi-tenant retail building and an outlot to consist of a future 4,750 square foot building with a drive-thru type building. The project included several infrastructure upgrades including a new underground storm water collection system and street resurfacing.
