Punta Brava Golf & Surf Club

RTM is providing civil engineering design services for a private 18-hole golf club located at the tip of the Punta Brava Peninsula extending seven miles out into the Pacific Ocean. In addition to the golf course, the project includes 80 villa residences and a clubhouse. The clubhouse includes dining, recreational areas, and hotel like “casitas” adjacent.

At the beginning of the design stage, one of the challenges was not having access to water or sewer utilities so a reverse osmosis desalination water treatment plant will be designed to provide the project with both drinking and irrigation water.
