Pipeline Workspaces

This project included the interior renovation and build-out of two new locations for a coworking and shared office space company called Pipeline. The spaces are approximately 14,355 and 11,615 square feet, both including a combination of open work stations, private office spaces, conference rooms, a cafe and lounge area, and private phone booths.

RTM Engineering Consultants provided the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection for both of the new office spaces and bathroom renovations.
