RTM is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering design services for three dining experiences as part of the future updates in the new South Terminal. Anchoring the terminal immediately after security checkpoint on Level 2 will be Shake Shack and Auntie Anne’s/Cinnabon, featuring joint restaurant space of approximately 4,220 total square feet.
The third tenant build-out will feature a 3,528-square-foot PGA Tour Grill within the South Terminal offering meals along with interactive entertainment including a putting green in the middle of the dining room and a golf simulator for travelers to enjoy during layovers. This full-service restaurant will be located directly above Shake Shack on Level 3.
RTM will comply with design and construction strategies outlined in the Orlando International Airport Sustainable Design Guideline to ensure our initiatives meet the program’s goals of providing balance between environmental impact, community outreach, and the economics of managing the airport.
