RTM provided MEP engineering design services for the O’Reilly Auto Parts new three-story headquarters building located in Springfield, MO. The facility features a two-story atrium with monumental staircase, stainless steel and glass handrails. The exterior of the building included a curtain wall design as well as clerestory windows that provide occupants with plenty of natural light throughout the building.
Additionally, RTM has completed MEP design work on numerous O’Reilly retail stores nationwide. Throughout each project the design team works closely with both the architectural team and O’Reilly to ensure a seamless integration of engineering systems to support and enhance the architectural design with energy-efficient and cost effective building systems.
Over the years, we have been able to develop a close working relationship with the O’Reilly team, and due in part to this have been selected as the preferred MEP design team for future projects.
