RTM Engineering Consultants is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, low voltage, and lighting design for a new resort hotel and waterpark located along the downtown riverfront of Oklahoma City.
The family-friendly resort will feature 11 stories with 404 guestrooms, 100,000-square-foot indoor water park, a 400-car parking garage, and various amenity spaces such as lobby, retail, spa and fitness center.
Centrally located on the property, will be a 5-acre outdoor adventure lagoon lined with sandy beaches and a pedestrian bridge connecting both sides. The 33,000-square-foot family entertainment center will feature the indoor waterpark, golf simulator, multiple retail outlets and restaurants, and a 39,000-square-foot conference center, and a 1,500-seat amphitheater.
