RTM is providing MEP engineering design for the build-out of the Hudson’s Bay store within the redeveloped Oakridge Centre in Vancouver, BC. The retail anchor is being relocated and right-sized into a new 140,000-square-foot space on two levels. Our services are based on scope to include coordinated tenant improvement of the white box space being designed and constructed by the Landlord.
The new Oakridge Centre is envisioned as a mixed-use community in the heart of Vancouver’s West Side and will be a mixed-use, transit-oriented neighborhood hub that will offer one million square feet of retail, office, and residential space to the community. Hudson’s Bay will be Oakridge’s largest anchor tenant.
