RTM provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering and design for the kitchen and cafeteria renovation within North Scott High School in Eldridge, IA. The scope of work included expanding the kitchen, food storage, and serving spaces from 3,300 square feet to 5,200 square feet. The renovation successfully expanded servary and production areas by 60% and reduced student waiting time by 50%. Design included reworking existing equipment to make modifications, rerouting of plumbing lines and electrical circuits, and replaced one of the cafeteria RTUs
