RTM provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for the multi-phase development known as Midway Urban Village in Farmers Branch, TX. The community is located in North Dallas near Addison and Farmers Branch and features custom rental town homes and loft-styled flats.
Design for Phase I included 263 apartment units, a 3,500-square-foot clubhouse, and 10,819 square feet of shell retail space. Phase II included the design for 497 apartment units, a 4-story open parking structure, and 11,715 square feet of shell retail space.
Amenities in Midway Urban Village offer a health club, resort-style pool, private deck with grilling and lounge areas, and a resident club featuring co-working space and coffee bar.
