RTM provided MEP engineering and design for a new state-of-the art luxury dine-in theatre located at the Outlets at San Clemente. Designed with SMS Architects, the 45,000-square-foot cinema features 10 auditoriums, 4K laser projection, and a 60-foot premium large format (PLF) screen. Additionally, the theatre offers a full-service restaurant and bar providing guests with dining options as well as in-auditorium service. Operated by Metropolitan Theatres, the all-digital experience features leading edge technology and reserved luxury recliner seating.
