RTM Engineering Consultants provided MEP engineering design services for the renovation of several classrooms at Maple Elementary School in Smithville, MO. The HVAC system was being upgraded from a floor-mounted split system to a more efficient variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system. The new system would effectively limit the need for long ductwork runs and allowed for more flexibility and placement of the new units.
