RTM Engineering Consultants worked closely with Ironton Distillery to design the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and process engineering design for their distillery and craft house facility, which opened its doors in 2018.
Ironton provides the trendy industrial art district of the River North “RiNo” neighborhood in Denver, a place to enjoy locally produced spirits and cocktails. The facility includes a distillery warehouse, craft house, art gallery, gin lounge, and outdoor patio and garden.
The stills were custom-designed and fabricated, presenting several engineering challenges to the project. Standard cooling systems required a customization in order to meet the production capacities.
