RTM provided commissioning services for the newly constructed four-story Holiday Inn Express hotel, consisting of 129 guestrooms, an indoor pool, laundry facilities, and a breakfast prep kitchen. The 82,951-square-foot hotel is being designed for LEED Silver certification.
The HVAC system is a combination of VRF split systems; mini-split systems; packaged DX make-up air units; packaged, terminal, heat pumps in guest rooms; and a dedicated, heating-only, make-up air system for the kitchen.
The plumbing system includes high-efficiency boilers and recirculation pumps.
The electrical system includes LED lighting and occupancy sensor control of spaces with a master on/off switch for the guestrooms.
