Goodwill Viera

This project involved the construction of a brand new, 25,000-square-foot Goodwill retail facility in Viera, FL, one of three new stores that RTM designed and are being built in central Florida.

RTM provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection design services for the standard prototype retail box. RTM also designed the site lighting for the parking lot, which required careful coordination with the project’s landscape architect to ensure all local jurisdiction requirements were met, and the parking lot had adequate lighting to provide a safe and secure environment for workers and patrons.
