Gables Residential Baldwin Park

Gables Baldwin Park is a luxury apartment community in the Baldwin Park neighborhood and offers a variety of modern residences including studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units.

The community was designed as a live-work-play destination featuring upscale amenities such as a saltwater saline pool with cabanas, a rooftop terrace with views of Lake Baldwin and an outdoor kitchen, a state-of-the-art fitness center with a private yoga and virtual class room, a club lounge, a game area, grill stations, a conference room, and a catering kitchen. It also included conveniences like controlled access/gated entry, resident parking, secure bike storage, electric vehicle charging stations, and pet-friendly facilities including a pet spa.

RTM provided structural engineering for this multi-story residential project. RTM’s expertise ensured CMU walls and hollow-core plank construction in this 5-story building that can withstand weight, high-speed wind with hurricanes, and seismic forces, creating a safe and secure living space.
