RTM provided MEP, specialty lighting design, and technology services for a luxury 5-bedroom residence at the Four Seasons Vail. The home features a spacious open-plan dining, living, and kitchen area, perfect for entertaining.
Our design services included custom lighting, keypad engravings, and scene settings. We focused on integrating lighting seamlessly into the architecture to enhance the space, while modern decorative lighting made a statement.
Recessed, adjustable lighting highlighted artwork and provided task lighting for counters and sinks. Our team ensured the proper placement and beam angle for each piece. Concealed linear lighting accentuated drapery, shelving, stone finishes, and transitions, with clear elevations for precise installation.
We integrated the lighting control system with the A/V and shade control systems, offering customizable lighting scenes that smoothly transition from bright daylight to a relaxing nighttime ambiance.
