Encinitas Village

Encinitas Village, located in the heart of North County San Diego is a 14-acre shopping plaza including retail, grocery, and restaurant tenants such as Trader Joes, Ralph’s, CVS, The Gap, Sephora, Athleta, and more.

This project involved a complete revitalization of the shopping center with a full façade remodel, updated landscaping, parking lot improvements, and upgrades to the building system’s equipment. New mechanical units, water sub-meters, and gas meters were provided to some of the new tenant spaces. Parking lot site lighting and building façade lighting was designed for the improvements made. Additionally, RTM provided a complete site utility matrix to the landlord, which involved verifying all existing conditions of electrical and mechanical equipment, and plumbing utilities to each building.
