RTM provided civil engineering services for the construction of a new district administration building situated on a 6.5-acre site located on the east side of Leicester Road adjacent to the Park District facility in Elk Grove Village.
The project consisted of a new 35,000-square-foot, two-story administration building, a new commissary kitchen renovation to the school district’s portion of the adjacent Park District building, a maintenance yard, and an approximate 160-stall parking lot. An underground stormwater facility was also a part of this project.
RTM provided construction documents that included a demo plan, site dimension plan, utility plan, grading plan, stormwater management plan, erosion control plan, and a set of specifications. In addition, RTM assisted with the permitting process with EGV, MWRD, and IEPA to ensure a successful project delivery.
