Coast Community College District Le-Jao Student Resource Center

Coast Community College District needed a new Student Resource Center at its Westminster campus, the Le-Jao Center. At Le-Jao, students have access to computer classes, counselors, English learning labs, tutoring and information resources for special programs that are academic, personal, and socially developmental. The existing Student Resource Center had minimal support spaces for students to study, collaborate, and socialize – a need the school wanted to address.

The new Student Resource Center is located prominently at the front of the tight, urban campus to serve as the new face of the Le-Jao Center. The addition provides students and staff a strong, visual connection to the Westminster Civic Center located across the street and the community that it serves.
