RTM provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design for multiple fire stations throughout the City of Springfield, including fire stations #4, #7 and #13.
The design for the new facilities included new one-story, 5,000-7,000-square-foot fire stations including apparatus garage, decontamination area, living quarters, fitness/restrooms, day room, safe room, emergency generator, and outdoor recreation area.
The design also included LEED Silver certification and commissioning services.
