RTM provided MEP engineering design for the new 84,067 square foot hotel in downtown Omaha. The focus was to design a modern upscale hotel in an urban setting. Shared parking facilities and many other sustainable design features were incorporated to reduce the impact on the environment and contribute to the LEED Silver Certification.
