Burrell Behavioral Health

Burrell Behavioral Health took over an existing higher educational building after the school had closed down, and transformed it into an administrative office for Burrell’s leadership teams.

RTM Engineering Consultants was contracted by our client, Hood-Rich Architecture to provide the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design services for the renovation of approximately 8,700 square feet on the 2nd floor of the building. The project scope included all new lighting, new 2nd floor fan coil units, and building outside air unit and ducting. Renovated office and clinic areas were rezoned for HVAC control, and new power was provided to the space. Additional spaces were designed including new single use restrooms as well as upgraded sinks for common area bathrooms, workroom and break area, and waiting room.
