RTM provided MEP/FP engineering services for this new five-story mixed-use development in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood.
RTM designed a warm shell for multiple tenant spaces within the building, including Mariano’s Fresh Market, XSport Fitness, Starbuck’s, PNC Bank and a number of smaller retail shops and restaurants. A 250-space parking garage is also on site.
Construction began in April 2015. RTM provided construction administration and reviewed tenant documents for consistency of the MEP/FP systems to ensure connection to the base building systems. The base building is LEED certified and will be considered a high-rise per the City of Chicago.
