Rich has spent 35 years in the AEC industry as a civil engineer specializing in land development and entitlement. Described as hardworking and creative, he believes there are plenty of opportunities to apply innovation and creativity to the confines of standard engineering practices. As a Business Unit Leader and Principal at RTM, Rich has the opportunity to instill his own integrity and knowledge into younger engineers and other leaders alike, through mentorship and knowledge sharing. Rich prides himself on being a great listener and strategic thinker, and these qualities come in handy when helping project owners solve complex land development problems or navigate the regulatory process.
When not mentoring engineers, Rich enjoys backpacking and hiking, fly fishing, reading, woodworking and playing his guitar or ukulele.
