Kathryn joined RTM early in her career as a mechanical project engineer, and soon took on the leadership role of founding a new office in Iowa, and now is a Business Unit Leader and Principal. Her career journey at RTM has expanded her expertise in the K-12, higher education, multi-family, and industrial market sectors, but her main passion is providing highly efficient design integrations into these building types. She dedicates a great deal of time to coaching clients and owners on strategies to keep their buildings running efficiently, and ways these strategies can be integrated into the engineering design. Having the ability to mentor and empower those around her is something Kathryn prioritizes, and she accomplishes this from a place of listening, support, and having compassion.
When she is not mentoring her team at work, Kathryn enjoys reading, crafting, and spending quality time with her family.
