RTM is providing civil engineering services for the development of a vacant parcel into a future park in downtown Lemont. Amenities will include a playground, dog park, outdoor entertainment space, large parking lot, walking and biking path, pavilion, naturalized wetlands, pollinator garden, device charging stations, and a history plaza.
Scope of services includes assisting with the final development of the site plan, prepare preliminary stormwater calculations per the Village and MWRD stormwater requirements, prepare civil engineering plans for the composite site improvements to include both Phase 1 and Phase 2 improvements, and prepare a composite stormwater management report for the composite site, incorporating data, maps and computations.
