RTM provided MEP and FP design for the Barn at Brambleton renovation project located 24439 Evergreen Mills Road in Ashburn, VA. The Brambleton developers sought to re-imagine a 1940s two-story dairy barn into a an elevated event venue, just minutes from the bustling and vibrant Brambleton Town Center. This Northern Virginia landmark reopened its doors at the end of 2023 as the Soave Center for the Arts: a performance and event venue, hosting concerts, weddings, community gatherings, and Brambleton Presbyterian Church services.
The Barn at Brambleton project sought to combine the rustic sophistication of the Virginia hunt country with the modern sensibilities of Loudon County, VA. The property is located on a 20+ acre plot of land and provides both indoor and outdoor venue options to clients.
RTM’s scope of work was broken up between the existing Barn, and an new addition to expand the space to hold 200 guest on each level.
