RTM provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialty lighting design services for this custom Aspen home.
This stunning project features a single-story layout with a full basement, an inviting pool guest house, and beautifully landscaped grounds. The sleek modern exterior aesthetic extends into the interior, where layered architectural lighting enhances the dramatic vaulted ceilings, showcases artwork in the hallway gallery, and glimmers in the custom wine storage room.
Unique finishes and rich wood tones are highlighted by strategically placed concealed light fixtures, streamlined recessed linear fixtures, and warm-dim downlights. The exterior lighting creates a welcoming atmosphere, guiding guests from the main house to the outdoor putting green and the private pool. Micro cylinder downlights are integrated into the exterior wood slat screen detailing, casting a soft glow that accentuates the warm wood texture and provides essential wayfinding.
The pool guest house complements the main residence, maintaining the modern design elements, including slat wall details, vaulted ceilings, and open floor plans. This Aspen home is a perfect blend of luxury and functionality.
