RTM provided electrical consultation, specialty lighting design technology, and acoustic design services for the Treehouse in Snowmass Village.
The lighting design team organized a design charrette to review images and sketches of new lighting concepts aimed at revitalizing the arrival lobby and lounge. This collaboration led to detailed coordination efforts that resulted in several integrated lighting solutions. RTM also addressed the modifications for emergency lighting and exit signs, along with comprehensive documentation for the lighting controls system upgrades.
In the lobby, linear pendants were chosen to complement the linear acoustical baffle ceiling design, while also highlighting adjacent wall displays and signage with integrated spotlight modules. Additionally, gobo projectors were concealed in a ceiling pocket detail to cast illuminated symbols onto the floor, drawing attention to the various animals associated with the daycare program for each age group.
