RTM is providing electrical engineering design for a new residential development located in the City of Chula Vista, California. Enclave Montecito consists of neighborhoods C-1, MU-2 and a portion of MU-3 located in the eastern portion of the Otay Ranch Village 2 development. The new development will consist of three separate projects on the 22-acre site.
Site 1 consists of six, 3- and 4- story apartment buildings, totaling 426 units, and a 6,000-square-foot leasing center/clubhouse and fitness area on the ground floor of Building 3. Building 1 will also feature 8,000-square-feet of retail, to be designed as cold, dark shell.
Site 2 consists of one 4-story building, totaling 61 units. This project also includes 2,400-square-feet of retail space to be designed as cold, dark shell.
Site 3 consists of one 4-story building, totaling 96 units, and includes 2,500-square-feet of leasing/clubhouse and fitness space.
